Delivery Time IMMEDIATE ON CONTRACT SIGNING
PROCEDURES:
1.  Seller will issue Soft Offer.
2.  LOI followed by Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the desired quantity.  Buyer will authorize soft probe to confirm Buyer capabilities and proof of funds.
3.  Irrevocable letter of credit from a AA or better rated European bank acceptable to Seller.
4.  Letter of credit must be divisible, transferable and renewable with rollovers and extensions.  Letter of credit must be reconfirmed before the transaction occurs.
5.  Delivery will be at closing.  SKR? and depotscheins will be transferred upon conditional SWIFT transfer of funds or TT transfer of funds to Seller? Bank.
6. Closing will take place in Frankfurt, Germany.
